Unique Menus & Dishes

Chef Cara collaborates with hosts and their event organizers to create custom menus that are fresh, carefully prepared, and showcase the finest locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Private 4 course dinners typically feature an appetizer, hand made pasta, protein, and dessert starting at $200 per guest.

Premium Beverages

We can provide a wide assortment of premium beverages by the bottle or glass, from domestic and imported beers/wine to soft drinks and espresso. Customers providing wine from their private collections are charged a $25/bottle corkage fee.
