Mimi & Frankie’s Kitchen offers a wide variety of thoughtfully designed and artfully prepared dishes that showcase handmade fresh pasta, baked goods, gelato, and other delicious Italian specialties. Customers with a passion for great food can experience Chef Cara’s creations at private parties/events, specialty coffee/food retailers including the local farmer’s markets in Hayden and CDA, and at hands-on cooking classes scheduled year-round at our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen. We require advance reservations and deposits for all of our engagements, including special orders for pick-up and delivery.

Cara is a professional athlete that formerly owned Potcreek Meadow Farm, a top show jumping stable with operations in Redmond WA and Wellington FL. She and her staff were responsible 24/7/365 for more than 25 high performance horses and their owners/riders as they travelled the globe in pursuit of this elite Olympic-level sport and lifestyle. After being on the road 30+ weeks a year for more than two decades, Cara decided to sell Potcreek to pursue her other lifelong passion with a new team at the Lake.
